Legal documents
Where to find ADO Pilot's privacy policy, terms of service, and downloadable Data Processing Addendum.
Last updated
This page is an index. The current legal documents that govern your use of ADO Pilot live on the public website, and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is downloadable as a PDF for your records.
Privacy policy
The privacy policy describes what personal data ADO Pilot collects, how it's used, and your rights as a data subject under GDPR and similar regimes. Read it in full at adopilot.dev/privacy.
Terms of service
The terms of service set out acceptable use, intellectual-property terms (you keep the rights to your code), payment terms, warranties, and limitation of liability. Read them in full at adopilot.dev/terms.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
The DPA defines ADO Pilot's role as your data processor under GDPR Article 28. It includes the Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the current subprocessor list (Anthropic for AI inference, Microsoft Azure for hosting), security commitments, audit rights, and breach-notification timing.
The DPA is auto-accepted as part of the terms of service for self-serve customers; no signature is required for the standard tier. You can download a copy for your records at adopilot.dev/dpa.
If your procurement team needs a counter-signed DPA, contact legal@adopilot.dev.
Subprocessors
The current list of third-party services that process customer data on ADO Pilot's behalf is published at adopilot.dev/subprocessors. New subprocessors are announced on that page with at least 30 days' notice before they begin processing customer data, so you have time to object.
Data-handling specifics
For the technical detail on what gets sent to Anthropic and how cached content expires, see data handling. For storage and credential boundaries, see tenant isolation.
